Purpose of the Community

The NQOCN POCQI India Community of Practice (COP) is constituted to bring together the individuals with a diversity of knowledge experiences, and resources in the domain of Point of Care Quality Improvement (POCQI). Its members would challenge the status quo, push boundaries, learn from others, launch healthy vibrant initiatives, share best practices and learnings, on a local, regional, and global scale.

e- Point of Care Quality Improvement Workshops have been specially designed to recreate the experience of the physical Point of Care Quality Improvement Workshop on a state of art technology platform integrating technology and seamless virtual interfaces with the human connect..

  • Excellent Facilitator Participant Ratio of 1:6.

  • Capacity to run 30 Concurrent sessions with experienced National Coaches of NQOCN.

  • One day dedicated to designing your first QI Project with the help of mentors in breakout sessions.

  • Implementation Guidance and support from NQOCN Teams post conclusion of the workshop as you step in the real world!

  • Experience Sharing session inbuilt at 3 months post conclusion of the workshop.

All sessions will be conducted by National Mentoring Group of NQOCN which has experience of conducting over 100 POCQI Workshops till date.

All participants who complete the two day workshop will receive a NQOCN COP Validated Certificate & will be eligible to participate in our advanced QI Courses and National Coaching TOT's.

About NQOCN 

Nationwide Quality of Care Network (NQOCN) is a voluntary network formed by teams working on quality improvement initiatives across North, Central, North-East and South India. It is present in fifteen states across India including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Rajasthan, Telangana Meghalaya, Assam, Punjab and Uttarakhand. It has facilitated Quality improvement initiatives in 131 facilities and caters to a combined delivery load of about 5,50,000 deliveries/year. It is a flat hierarchy not-for-profit organization with a goal of inculcating a culture of quality improvement in the healthcare system.
